DUELO is launching soon. This guide explains the planned launch experience. For now, sign up and join our Discord community; games and wallet actions remain closed.

The DUELO guide

Play within your limits

A skill-based game still carries financial risk when you stake coins. You can lose your entire match stake. Treat play as optional entertainment and decide your money and time limits before opening the lobby.

Player versus player18+ · Eligibility applies

Only eligible adults may participate

You must be at least 18 and meet any higher local age requirement. DUELO is unavailable in the restricted jurisdictions listed in the Terms and anywhere participation is unlawful or otherwise restricted. Do not use another person's account, false details or location tools to evade these rules.

The current access checks include self-attestation. These do not verify a person's age, identity or residence. Full identity verification is not yet implemented, and DUELO may restrict activity or require further review. Access to this information page does not authorize staked play.

Set a budget you can afford to lose

Use only discretionary money after essential bills and commitments. Decide a maximum loss before you play and stop when you reach it. Do not borrow, use rent or savings intended for essentials, or increase a stake to recover an earlier loss.

A winning result includes a platform fee, and repeated play can reduce your balance. Previous wins do not predict the next result. No strategy, game familiarity or leaderboard position guarantees a positive return.

  • Choose the stake deliberately, including when accepting a rematch.
  • Track losses and time yourself rather than relying solely on product controls.
  • Avoid staked play when upset, tired, intoxicated or under financial pressure.

Understand the daily cap

Signed-in players can set a daily wager cap in the Wallet's responsible-gaming controls. Before a new match is created or accepted, the current check compares confirmed match losses from the preceding 24 hours plus the proposed stake against that cap.

This is a rolling loss-based entry check. It is not a deposit limit, a count of every stake placed or a guarantee of a maximum total loss across matches already underway. Keep a separate personal budget and do not treat the setting as a substitute for deciding when to stop.

Take a cooling-off period

The Wallet offers self-exclusion periods of 1 to 365 days. While the recorded exclusion period is active, the server rejects new match creation and acceptance. Stop joining queues or starting matches before taking a break; this control is not a cancellation or refund of a match already in progress.

If play is becoming difficult to control, stop depositing and contact support. You can also seek independent gambling-support services available where you live and speak with someone you trust. A cooling-off setting alone is not treatment or a guarantee that harmful play cannot occur.

Use your own time reminder

The Wallet can save a session-time preference, but automatic session stopping is not currently implemented. Set a device alarm, take regular breaks and end the session yourself. Saving a preference does not guarantee a reminder or prevent a further match.

Signs to pause include chasing losses, hiding the amount or time spent, neglecting work or relationships, or feeling unable to stop. Do not continue playing in order to fix a money problem.

Ask for help with account restrictions

Contact support@duelo.app for account questions, difficulties using limits, suspected underage access or an account you believe is compromised. Include the relevant match or transaction identifier where available. Never send support your wallet seed phrase, private key or sign-in code.

The Terms and Privacy Policy explain eligibility, account review, data handling and closure requests. Support and account controls do not guarantee a particular match outcome, refund or withdrawal.

Make an informed choice

Read the rules and check your budget before entering a match. Staked play can result in losing your full stake. Account access and play remain subject to eligibility and regional restrictions.
