Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to DUELO, including account use, real-money skill matches, coins, deposits, withdrawals, eligibility, responsible-gaming controls, and platform risk rules.

Effective October 14, 2026

DUELO uses self-attestation before play and may require identity, age, location, sanctions, source-of-funds, or other checks before withdrawal or continued use. Do not deposit or play if you cannot satisfy those checks.

Plain-English Legal FAQ

How do DUELO matches work?

DUELO runs player-versus-player strategy games with server-validated moves and results. It does not offer house-banked games, sports bets, lotteries, random prize drawings or investment yield. The legal treatment of real-money skill contests depends on the jurisdiction; this description does not establish that play is lawful where you are.

Who can play for coins?

Only eligible adults may play. You must be at least 18, old enough under your local law, physically allowed to play real-money skill games where you are, and outside restricted jurisdictions.

Why not KYC everyone before play?

Current checks include your age and eligibility attestation. A full identity-verification flow is not implemented, and higher withdrawal tiers cannot currently be unlocked through self-service. DUELO may require additional review, but you should not assume that identity, sanctions or source-of-funds screening has already been performed.

What happens if a match or payment breaks?

DUELO may void, replay, refund, pause, investigate, correct balances, freeze withdrawals, or reverse mistaken credits when there is technical failure, suspicious activity, unsupported transfer activity, or payment-provider reversal.

Can I withdraw without verification?

Unverified accounts may request withdrawals within the current 10-coin daily counter and 200-coin lifetime limits. Eligibility, balance, destination and transaction checks still apply. Reaching the lifetime cap blocks further withdrawals; there is currently no working self-service identity-verification upgrade.

Is this legal advice?

No. These Terms explain the service and its rules. The operator still needs jurisdiction-specific legal review, licensing analysis, an appropriate AML policy and payment-partner review before expanding real-money operations. A public website or a working payment integration does not establish legal approval.

01

What DUELO is

DUELO is a skill-based, real-money player-versus-player gaming platform. Players fund an account, receive DUELO coins at a 1:1 accounting rate with supported USD stablecoins, enter skill-game matches against other players, and may request eligible withdrawals.

The product offers player-versus-player games rather than house-banked games, sports odds, random prize draws or investment yield. Coin balances are internal service records, not a bank account or a guarantee of stablecoin value. The legal classification and any licensing obligations depend on applicable law.

02

Eligibility

You may use DUELO only if you are at least 18 years old and at least the legal age required to play real-money skill games in your jurisdiction, whichever age is higher.

You may not access or use DUELO from, or as a resident of, United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and any other jurisdiction where DUELO is unlawful, licensed-only, sanctioned, or otherwise restricted.

By signing in, creating or accepting a match, depositing funds, or requesting a withdrawal, you confirm that you satisfy these eligibility rules. DUELO may suspend play, block withdrawals, void matches, refund stakes where appropriate, or close an account if eligibility information is false, incomplete, or cannot be verified.

03

Age, location, and withdrawal verification

DUELO currently uses a self-attestation age and jurisdiction gate before wagered play. That means you must confirm that you are legally allowed to play before staking coins.

This self-attestation does not waive DUELO verification rights. It is a soft-launch access control, not a promise that play, winnings, or withdrawals will be allowed without later review.

The full identity-verification integration is unfinished. There is currently no self-service document, liveness or higher-tier verification flow. Automated IP country checks, account authentication and transaction checks do not verify your identity, age, residence, sanctions status or source of funds. Any future screening or manual review is separate from those current controls.

No user has a right to withdraw until DUELO has completed the checks it reasonably requires. If you cannot or will not complete required checks, DUELO may refuse or delay a withdrawal, return eligible balances to the original funding route where possible, or take other steps required by law, risk controls, or payment partners.

04

Accounts and authentication

DUELO sign-in is handled through Privy using supported methods such as email, SMS, Google, or Solana wallets. You are responsible for the security of your login method, wallet, device, and recovery access.

You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or operate multiple accounts to evade limits, eligibility checks, sanctions controls, fees, match rules, or responsible-gaming restrictions.

DUELO may restrict or close accounts that appear compromised, automated, abusive, duplicate, ineligible, or connected to unlawful activity.

05

Coins, stablecoins, and funding

DUELO coins are internal accounting units used to enter matches and display balances. Unless the product states otherwise, 1 coin is accounted for as 1 USDT or 1 USDC equivalent on supported Solana rails. Coins are not separately issued blockchain tokens and cannot be transferred between users outside the supported match and withdrawal flows. This accounting rate does not guarantee either stablecoin will retain its value.

Supported funding methods may include external Solana wallet payment, card or onramp funding through third-party providers, and centralized-exchange deposits to the user wallet address shown in the product. DUELO currently supports USDT-SPL and USDC-SPL on Solana for deposit crediting.

External-wallet purchases transfer supported stablecoins to the DUELO treasury. Funding sent to your embedded wallet can be credited to your platform balance and then consolidated into that treasury through authorized background transfers. Your DUELO coin balance is an off-chain ledger balance and can differ from the tokens remaining in the embedded wallet.

DUELO controls the treasury signing key and processes permitted withdrawals from treasury funds. Withdrawals depend on available treasury USDT and network fees, provider availability and the required signing authorizations. The wallet provider supplies authentication and signing infrastructure; its role alone does not establish the legal custody arrangement for every wallet configuration.

You are responsible for sending only supported assets on supported networks to the correct address. Unsupported assets, wrong networks, failed transactions, third-party onramp fees, exchange fees, network fees, and blockchain delays are outside DUELO control and may be unrecoverable.

06

Matches, skill rules, and settlement

DUELO matches are intended to be skill-based contests between players. You must play honestly and may not collude, automate, exploit, manipulate connectivity, abuse bugs, or use unauthorized assistance.

Match stakes are reserved from each player balance. On a normal win, DUELO pays the winner from the match pot after the platform fee. Draws and voided matches return eligible stakes without a platform fee.

DUELO may void, replay, pause, or manually review a match affected by cheating, technical failure, suspicious behavior, ineligible users, unsupported game states, or service interruptions.

07

Forfeits, disconnects, and technical failure

A disconnect, timeout, failure to become playable, or failure to act within a match timer may count as a forfeit unless DUELO determines that a platform-side issue made fair play impossible.

DUELO may rely on server logs, game-state records, wallet records, socket events, game-host bridge events, and support evidence to decide whether a match should stand, be voided, be replayed, or be refunded.

Refunds, replays, and voids are not automatic remedies for user device issues, poor network conditions, wallet mistakes, unsupported browsers, user error, or third-party outages. DUELO may still issue a remedy where it believes doing so is fair or required.

08

Fees and withdrawals

DUELO currently takes an 8% platform fee from completed non-draw match pots. DUELO currently charges a 0.5 coin flat withdrawal fee and has a 5 coin minimum withdrawal. Fees and limits may change, but changes will be shown in the product or these Terms before applying to future activity.

Withdrawals are currently paid as USDT-SPL on Solana to a valid Solana address. Card or USDC deposits may still withdraw through the supported USDT withdrawal rail unless DUELO adds another rail.

Unverified accounts currently have a 10-coin withdrawal counter that resets 24 hours after its first withdrawal, and a 200-coin lifetime withdrawal cap. The counters include the requested amount before the fee is deducted. Higher identity-verification tiers are not currently available through self-service; do not assume you can upgrade after depositing or reaching the lifetime limit.

The withdrawal fee is included in the requested amount: a 5-coin request deducts 5 coins from your balance and sends 4.5 USDT, subject to successful processing. Stablecoin deposits, funding fees and network/provider delays are separate from this withdrawal fee.

A refund of an earlier withdrawal does not increase the allowance in a later 24-hour period. If the original period cannot be established for an older withdrawal, its balance refund may not restore daily allowance before that counter expires.

09

Payment errors, reversals, and balance corrections

DUELO may correct balances, transactions, match settlements, fees, or withdrawals that were credited or displayed in error, including duplicate deposits, wrong-mint credits, failed on-chain confirmations, webhook replay, internal ledger mistakes, or payment-provider reversal.

If a card, onramp, exchange, wallet, bank, or payment partner reverses, disputes, rejects, or claws back a payment, DUELO may debit the related coin balance, freeze withdrawals, void related matches, require repayment, close the account, or return remaining eligible funds to the original route where practical.

DUELO is not responsible for unsupported assets, wrong-network transfers, exchange withdrawal mistakes, wallet compromise, slippage, network fees, card fees, onramp fees, chargebacks, blockchain congestion, or third-party payment delays.

10

Promotions, test credits, and bonus balances

During prelaunch, DUELO offers account signup and Discord joining only. Gameplay, deposits, purchases, withdrawals and other platform actions are unavailable. Verified Discord membership may reserve one 20-coin launch reward per DUELO account and Discord identity. A reservation has no spendable balance or cash value before launch and is not a deposit.

This launch offer is for players who reserve their reward before DUELO opens; new reservations do not open after launch. To redeem, sign in to the same DUELO account and verify current membership in the DUELO Discord server again. The reward is credited once as 20 DUELO coins to the ordinary wallet balance. For this specific offer, credited coins follow the ordinary eligibility, balance, withdrawal-limit and fee rules; this is not a promise of an immediate or unconditional cash payout. Launch timing has not been announced.

Promotional, bonus, testing, QA, referral, or goodwill credits are not cash, are not earned winnings, and have no withdrawal value unless DUELO expressly states otherwise in the promotion terms.

DUELO may expire, revoke, cap, reverse, or restrict promotional or test credits, especially where credits were issued for internal QA, soft-launch testing, abuse recovery, fraud investigation, or a product error.

11

Responsible gaming

You should play only with funds you can afford to lose. The current daily setting checks completed losing stakes over the preceding 24 hours plus the proposed stake when you create or accept a match. It does not total all wagers, include pending matches or fees, or guarantee a maximum eventual loss across concurrent matches.

A saved session-time preference does not currently trigger an automatic reminder or stop play. Cooling-off prevents creating or accepting new matches until the exclusion expires; it does not stop timers or erase obligations in matches already active. An active exclusion cannot be shortened by changing the setting.

DUELO may impose additional limits or account restrictions if activity suggests harm, misuse, underage play, prohibited jurisdiction access, or other risk.

12

Platform integrity and investigations

DUELO may monitor gameplay, accounts, wallets, devices, IP and location signals, deposits, withdrawals, match history, support reports, and blockchain activity to protect fairness, detect abuse, and enforce these Terms.

During an investigation, DUELO may delay or freeze withdrawals, restrict matchmaking, pause account features, void matches, preserve records, request more information, or require identity, age, location, sanctions, wallet-ownership, or source-of-funds checks.

If DUELO determines that activity is abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, ineligible, bot-assisted, collusive, exploit-based, chargeback-driven, sanction-related, or otherwise harmful, DUELO may suspend or close the account, forfeit improper winnings, refund eligible remaining deposits where lawful, and report activity to partners or authorities.

13

Prohibited conduct

You may not use DUELO for money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, stolen funds, market manipulation, chargeback abuse, botting, collusion, match fixing, exploiting bugs, bypassing geo-blocks, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or violating another person's rights.

You may not use a VPN, proxy, false identity, wallet obfuscation, or another method to hide that you are in a restricted jurisdiction or otherwise ineligible.

14

Public profile, username, and user content

Your username, profile information, account creation date, status message, match results, rankings, achievements and their earned dates, leaderboard position, and similar gameplay records may be visible to other users or the public. Public recent-match history includes match identifiers, times, stakes and financial result summaries, including contribution, payout, platform fee and net result. Do not treat this activity as private financial history.

You may not upload, submit, display, or choose content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, infringing, sexually explicit, exploitative, private, or likely to harm another person or DUELO. DUELO may remove or change user content and usernames at any time.

By submitting content to DUELO, you give DUELO a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, and use that content to operate, secure, improve, market, and support the service.

15

Intellectual property, feedback, and copyright notices

DUELO, its brand, website, game host, code, designs, art, text, UI, rules presentation, logos, and platform materials are owned by DUELO or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use DUELO as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, modify, or create competing services from DUELO materials except where law clearly allows it.

If you believe content on DUELO infringes your rights, send a notice to support@duelo.app with the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.

Feedback, suggestions, bug reports, feature ideas, and similar submissions may be used by DUELO without restriction or compensation.

16

Communications

DUELO may send account, security, legal, transactional, support, responsible-gaming, match, payment, and policy notices by email, SMS, in-app message, toast, wallet-connected interface, or other contact method connected to your account.

You may opt out of optional marketing where offered, but DUELO may still send service, security, legal, payment, withdrawal, responsible-gaming, and account notices that are necessary to operate the platform.

17

Third-party services and blockchain risk

DUELO relies on third-party services such as Privy, Solana infrastructure, Helius, onramp providers, hosting providers, and identity-verification providers. Their services may have separate terms, fees, outages, delays, or eligibility requirements.

Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and subject to network conditions. DUELO is not responsible for wallet compromise, user signing mistakes, unsupported transfers, network congestion, validator behavior, third-party outages, or blockchain-level failures outside DUELO control.

18

Suspension, termination, and survival

DUELO may suspend, limit, or terminate access at any time if needed for product safety, legal compliance, investigation, payment risk, user protection, platform integrity, or violation of these Terms.

Account closure does not automatically erase financial, blockchain, match, fraud-prevention, responsible-gaming, support, tax, compliance, or dispute records that DUELO must keep or reasonably needs to protect the platform.

Sections covering eligibility, verification, payment corrections, investigations, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, taxes, disclaimers, limits of liability, records, and disputes survive account closure or termination.

19

Taxes and records

You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and recordkeeping related to deposits, withdrawals, winnings, losses, fees, and digital-asset activity. DUELO may provide transaction history exports but does not provide tax advice.

20

No warranties and limits of liability

DUELO is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. DUELO does not guarantee uninterrupted service, match availability, specific opponents, winnings, liquidity, withdrawal timing, asset value, or compatibility with every wallet, browser, device, or network.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DUELO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by user error, unsupported transfers, wallet compromise, third-party services, blockchain failures, or unlawful use.

21

Changes and contact

DUELO may update these Terms as the product, legal posture, payment rails, or risk controls change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms for future activity.

Contact support@duelo.app for support, account questions, eligibility concerns, or legal notices.
